Discreet packaging & billing on every order. Packages arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or branding visible. Your billing statement shows only “FAMADA.”

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates (after processing):

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada & international: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when active, are noted in the announcement bar.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted; undeliverable packages returned to us can be reshipped at the customer’s cost.
